1. Scope
This policy explains how Immersive Collage (the “App”), provided by Quanpeng Song, handles information. The App does not require registration or an account.
2. Photos you select
The App uses Apple's system photo picker. Only photos you actively select are provided to the App for filling frames, adjusting crops, and creating and exporting collages. The App does not browse photos you did not select or upload photos to a developer server.
If a selected photo is stored only in iCloud, Apple's system services may download it according to your iCloud settings so it can be provided to the App. Apple controls this process; it does not pass through a developer server.
3. On-device data
Saved layout presets, layout order, canvas settings, and export-quality preferences are stored locally on the current device. Presets contain layout structure and settings, not your photos. Deleting the App removes these local records.
4. Export to Photos
When you export, the App creates a PNG on your device and saves it to a Photos album named after the App. To create, find, and reuse that album, the App requests Photos access and stores the album's system identifier locally. If you rename the album, future exports continue to use it. If you delete it, the App creates it again on the next export. Exported content is not sent to a developer server.
5. Purchases
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time purchase processed by the Apple App Store. Apple manages prices, trial eligibility, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. The App uses StoreKit to verify Pro entitlement; the developer does not receive your payment-card information. Purchases can be restored on supported devices using the same Apple Account.
6. Data collection and third-party code
The current version contains no developer account system, advertising, analytics, tracking, crash-reporting SDK, developer-operated network service, or third-party SDK. Photos, collage content, layout preferences, the local album identifier, and purchase entitlement are not sent to the developer. The developer does not collect, sell, or use your personal data for tracking.
7. Children's privacy
The App does not collect personal information from children or from any other users.
8. Changes
If the App's data practices change, this page will be updated with a new effective date. When appropriate, notice will also be provided in the App or on its App Store product page.
